B&B hotel and conference

The following terms & conditions apply when booking accommodation, business events, guided tours, specials offers and other services with us.

A. Reservations and bookings
To make a reservation please contact us by phone or e-mail. Please note that your booking is official and complete after you have received a notice via email or other means informing you that your booking has been confirmed successfully.

If you are planning to visit us with a (business) group and have specific requests, we can make a made to measureprogram for you. Please contact us and we will be happy to work things out.

B. Payment
1. Any bookings concerning individuals or couples staying in one (1) room from one (1) up to two (2) nights are to be paid with credit card or in cash before checkout.
2. Any bookings concerning a stay of three (3) nights or more, package deals, (business) group arrangement, guided tours, conferences, consultancy-, training & coaching sessions and special events require 50 percent pre-payment, within seven (7) days after the booking has been confirmed. Full pre-payment has to be made 4 days before arrival at the latest.
For reservations made between seven (7) days before the day of arrival,  total payment should be made immediately and a receipt of the payment should be presented on arrival.
3. All “Special offers / Arrangementen / Arrangemang”, whatever the length of your stay, require a 50% pre-payment within seven (7) days after the booking has been confirmed. Full pre-payment has to be made 4 days before arrival at the latest.
For reservations made between seven (7) days before the day of arrival, total payment should be made immediately and a receipt of the payment should be presented on arrival.

For business groups the final invoice – plus extra costs if applicable – will be sent after departure.
This final invoice is to be paid within 14 days after departure.

C. On arrival
You will have access to your rooms from 3pm (15h) on arrival day up until 11 am (11h) on day of departure. Please let us know about your estimated time of arrival and call us if you are late.
The conference room, if applicable, is available as agreed upon in the booking.

D. Cancellations
If you must cancel your stay at Färnas Hjärta for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by us.
1)    Cancellations of bookings as mentioned in article B.1. should be made at 6pm (18h) on the day before the planned arrival date at the latest. Any guest failing to cancel the booking in time is liable to pay the amount of a one (1) night stay including breakfast.
2)    The following applies to cancellations of bookings as mentioned in B.2 and B.3, for which a full or 50 percent pre-payment has been made:
a)    Cancellations made earlier than 31 days prior to arrival will be free of charge, with the exception of an administration fee of SEK 350.
b)    For cancellations made between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival we will charge 30 percent of the total amount.
c)     For cancellations made between 15 and 5 days prior to arrival we will charge 60 percent of the total amount.
d)    For cancellations made within 4 days of arrival, we will charge the total amount.

Please note the total amount is the 100% price.
